Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected from you personally by our DPO (Data Protection Officer). We only have access to collect information that you have voluntarily given us via email (secure online booking form) or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We do not and never have done any kind of Direct Marketing and any information we hold on you after you have no further need of our services will be stored securely in our customer archive for no longer than one year unless you ask us for its earlier removal or amendment.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to contact DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) on your behalf or complete a financial transaction with WorldPay.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website or by phone your information is protected both online and offline by encryption and password protected devices. Only our DPO (Data Protection Officer) has access to your information. Any external backup devices are kept in a secure location and only our DPO has access.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as credit/debit card data) through our website and any Credit/Debit Card details given to us by telephone or other means are destroyed once any transaction has been completed. Our secure online booking form asks for information necessary to enable us to fulfill your request for a booking by sharing this information with DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) and WorldPay you can verify the security by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We will never, under any circumstances attempt to make a financial transaction with the Credit/Debit Card details provided to us by you without your detailed instructions and consent. Full details of any transaction completed by us on your behalf are provided to you by e-mail in the form of PDF documents eg invoice or receipt. Other documentary proof of transaction is provided by WorldPay. For enquiries regarding a specific transaction please provide us with identification including the Transaction Number and Payment Reference Number shown on your invoice.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The only person who has access to your personal information to perform specific jobs (for example, billing or customer service) is our Data Protection Officer. He is the only person granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
